Thank you for shopping with Mulled & Malt. We aim to deliver your favourite jaggery-based mulled and malt beverages safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on our website.
1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver across India, supported by trusted courier and logistics partners.
If your pincode is non-serviceable, you will see an error during checkout or our team will contact you for alternatives.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed.
3. Shipping & Delivery Time

4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (as mentioned at checkout).
Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and shown before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can check real-time status by clicking the tracking link.
If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the order, please notify us within 24 hours.
6. Packaging & Product Safety
All orders are packed using secure, spill-proof, and tamper-resistant packaging to maintain product quality and prevent damage during transit.
If you receive a damaged package, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy and share unboxing video or photos for verification.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct.
Orders may be cancelled or returned if:
Address is incomplete or inaccurate
Courier is unable to contact the customer
Repeated delivery attempts fail
Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Delivery Delays
Mulled & Malt is not responsible for delays caused due to:
Courier logistics issues
Natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns
Incorrect address or local restrictions
However, we will help track and resolve delays in coordination with the courier partner.
9. Cancellation of Order After Shipping
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
